My Name is Michelle, and I am the Nursery Director here at Little Dreams Nursery. I have been in the childcare sector since 1994, working and managing other nurseries in Aberdeen before opening Little Dreams Nursery in 2012 and becoming sole director in April 2022. I have been extremely lucky to meet so many great children and parents over the years, and this has been one of the many highlights of my career.
I have a fantastic management team at Little Dreams Nursery, who have great staff, so the running of the nursery is left up to Nicola and Kelly. Although I am not in the nursery daily ☹️, I still have daily contact with Nicola and Kelly.
I normally visit the nursery at least once per week, and I thoroughly enjoy chatting with the children and seeing them grow and develop throughout their time at Little Dreams. I also enjoy meeting with parents when I can, and if not face to face, then most definitely via email, as I am very guilty of replying to emails in the evenings and weekends, which I have been told off for many times. Anyway, enough about me. I hope you enjoy the website 😊.
Our goal at Little Dreams Nursery is to provide quality childcare and education for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years in a relaxed, caring environment.
Little Dreams Nursery first opened its doors in February 2012. During this time, we have been on an educational journey, working closely with staff, governing bodies, parents, and, of course, lots of fantastic young children. Our journey is far from over as we continuously strive to improve the quality of care and education every child deserves.
