                                               🌟 Enrolling at Little Dreams Nursery

We warmly encourage all prospective families to visit Little Dreams Nursery before making a final decision about placing your child with us. A personal visit offers the best opportunity to experience our environment and meet our dedicated team.

📝 Enrolment Process

After your visit, the enrolment process is as follows:

1. Availability Check: We will confirm whether your preferred days or sessions are available.
2. Enrolment Form: If your requested sessions are available, we will provide you with an Enrolment Form to complete. This form includes all necessary personal details about your child.
3. Minimum Attendance Requirements: To ensure consistency and continuity for your child, our minimum weekly attendance is:
   • 2 full days
   • 4 half-day sessions
   • Or a combination of both

         4.   Waiting List: If your preferred sessions are unavailable, you may choose to join our  

               Waiting List. This operates on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to children

               who have siblings currently attending Little Dreams Nursery.

         5.   Confirmation Once we receive your completed Enrolment Form and deposit, we will 

               confirm your child’s nursery place via email.

💳 Payment Information

• Billing: Invoices are issued monthly in advance.
• Payment Methods: We accept Direct Debit and Employer's Childcare Vouchers only.
• Due Date: Fees must be paid by the 2nd of each month.
• Late Payments: A 10% late fee will apply unless an alternative arrangement has been approved by the Nursery Director.

🚨 Emergency Sessions

If you require additional sessions at short notice—due to illness, bereavement, or unexpected work commitments—we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability within your child’s age group.

• Emergency sessions are charged at the standard nursery rate.
• Payment is required in advance of the session.
